The Michael DiMaria Foundation is a corporation formed under Section 402 of New York's Not-for-Profit Corporation Law, and is dedicated to accomplishing its mission, to raise funds to provide tuition scholarships to girls and boys in need of such assistance. We are recognized by the IRS for Exemption under Section 501 (C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
